Each ZHHIMG® granite base plate is manufactured in our ISO-certified facilities using advanced CNC machining combined with experienced manual lapping. The visible precision mounting holes and threaded inserts are accurately machined to customer drawings, ensuring perfect compatibility with linear guides, air bearings, motion stages, and optical or metrology assemblies.
Product features include:
• High-flatness working surface, suitable for precision alignment and assembly
• Uniform internal stress distribution for long-term dimensional stability
• Precisely positioned threaded inserts and mounting interfaces
• Optional air bearing interfaces, vacuum ports, or embedded metal bushings
Every granite base plate is measured and inspected using calibrated international-grade metrology equipment, with traceability to national measurement standards.
We use various techniques during this process:
● Optical measurements with autocollimators
● Laser interferometers and laser trackers
● Electronic inclination levels (precision spirit levels)

• Avoid strong acids, alkalis, or abrasive materials
• Prevent concentrated impact loads on edges and corners
• Periodic calibration is recommended for measurement reference applications
