Our choice of material is fundamental to our performance guarantee. Every custom component is crafted from our proprietary ZHHIMG® Black Granite, which is far superior to standard granites and low-cost alternatives:

●  Inherent Vibration Damping: The exceptionally high density, approximately 3100 kg/m³, provides outstanding internal damping capabilities. This is critical for absorbing operational vibrations from linear motors, high-speed spindles, or laser pulses, ensuring dynamic stability.

●  Seamless Integration: Notice the precisely placed threaded inserts (shown in the image). These are meticulously installed and aligned during our specialized assembly process, allowing for the direct mounting of linear guides, air bearings, stages, and complex machinery with guaranteed co-planarity and parallelism.

●  Thermal Inertia: Our granite base acts as a thermal buffer, resisting rapid temperature changes and stabilizing the entire machine geometry, which is paramount for processes performed in temperature-controlled environments (like our own 10,000 m² climate-controlled assembly hall).

●  Nanometer-Level Geometry: Leveraging the skills of our veteran artisans—who can manually achieve micro-to-nanometer accuracies—we ensure critical mounting surfaces maintain flatness and squareness compliant with the most stringent global standards (e.g., US GGGP-463C-78 or German DIN standards).

●  Massive Machining Capacity: Our facilities are equipped with advanced processing equipment, including Taiwanese Nante super-large grinders, capable of handling single granite pieces up to 100 tons and lengths up to 20 m. This scale allows us to fabricate the largest and most complex machine beds globally.
