All production and inspection are carried out in a dedicated constant-temperature workshop with anti-vibration foundations.
ZHHIMG® employs advanced CNC machining centers, Taiwanese Nan-Tec surface grinders (6 m capacity), and world-class metrology equipment, including Renishaw laser interferometers, WYLER electronic levels, and Mahr indicators.
Each product is traceable to national and international metrology standards (DIN, ASME, GB, JIS, BS, etc.).
We use various techniques during this process:
● Optical measurements with autocollimators
● Laser interferometers and laser trackers
● Electronic inclination levels (precision spirit levels)
1. Documents together with products: Inspection reports + Calibration reports(measuring devices) + Quality Certificate + Invoice + Packing List + Contract + Bill of Lading(or AWB).
2. Special Export Plywood Case: Export fumigation-free wooden box.

2、Avoid direct impact or concentrated load on edges.
3、Periodically calibrate the surface using certified instruments.
4、Store in a controlled environment to prevent thermal expansion or moisture influence.
With proper use, ZHHIMG® granite components can maintain precision for decades without deformation.
