• Precision Grade: Available in DIN 876 (Grade 00, 0, 1), ASME, and JIS standards.

• Customization: Fully customizable with threaded inserts, T-slots, and precision-bored holes for air bearings and linear motor integration.
• Thermal Expansion: Extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion, ensuring accuracy even in fluctuating environments.

● Laser interferometers and laser trackers
● Electronic inclination levels (precision spirit levels)

To ensure your ZHHIMG® granite stage maintains its nanometer-level accuracy, follow these professional practices:
1.Environment Control: Operate in a temperature-controlled environment (ideally 20°C ± 0.5°C).
2.Cleaning: Use only specialized granite cleaners or 99% anhydrous alcohol. Avoid abrasive chemicals.
3.Loading: Ensure loads are distributed evenly and do not exceed the design weight limit.
4.Recalibration: We recommend a professional accuracy audit every 12–24 months, depending on the intensity of use.
