The foundation of any precision instrument is its material. Unlike many manufacturers who use cost-effective marble or lower-density stones, we exclusively use ZHHIMG® Black Granite.

With a superior density of ≈3100kg/m³, our granite offers significantly better physical stability, lower thermal expansion, and higher vibration damping than standard European or American black granites. While some suppliers take shortcuts with cheaper materials, we maintain a strict "No Cheating, No Concealment" policy to ensure your equipment's longevity and accuracy.

•   Nano-Level Hand Lapping: Our senior technicians, many with over 30 years of experience, perform the final lapping by hand. They are known in the industry as "Walking Electronic Levels," capable of feeling micron-level variances and achieving surface flatness that automated machines simply cannot match.
•   Superior Vibration Damping: The high density and internal structure of ZHHIMG® granite naturally absorb vibrations, making it the ideal base for high-speed linear motor stages and AOI systems.
•   Complex Integrated Design: As seen in the product image, we specialize in complex assemblies with custom bores, slots, and precision inserts. We can handle single-piece components up to 20 meters in length and 100 tons in weight.
•   Traceable Accuracy: Every component is calibrated using world-class metrology tools (Renishaw laser interferometers, Wyler electronic levels, and Mahr indicators). All certifications are traceable to National Institutes of Metrology.
