1.Cleaning: Use only specialized granite cleaners or neutral detergents. Avoid abrasive pads that could micro-scratch the lapped surface.
2.Environment: For nanometer-level tasks, maintain the component in a constant temperature and humidity environment to minimize thermal expansion.
3.Load Management: Avoid localized overloading. Ensure heavy workpieces are distributed according to the original design specifications.
4.Verification: Regularly check the surface flatness using electronic levels or laser interferometers, as environmental shifts over years can cause minor deviations.
