We have an air-conditioned calibration laboratory with constant temperature and humidity. It has been accredited according to DIN/EN/ISO for the measuring parameter evenness since 2013.
Our technicians in the calibration laboratory are committed to policy without any compromises in quality. The utmost priority is to fulfill the customer’s request for the calibration of measuring instruments and standards, as well as to have their instruments be traceable to national measurement standards while remaining consistent in quality. Keeping to specified deadlines and observing contractual obligations to the accreditation body are guidelines that are just as important.
To meet these strict requirements, we have introduced a quality management system that is documented in the calibration laboratory’s quality management handbook. Our employees are motivated to contribute to an ongoing process of improvement.
You need precision surface treatment for your work pieces made of natural granite, UHPC, mineral casting, technical ceramics or cast iron? We will carry out the grinding, drilling and lapping in the desired precision and issue the relevant test documents for your products.
1. Many companies are focusing on R&D, so they do not need to build a very big factory. We can help customers to assemble all parts in our Constant temperature and dust-free workshop. Or they can finish the final complete machine assembly and adjust the machine in our Constant temperature and dust-free workshop.
2. We can assemble the granite components with rails, screws and machine parts… and then calibrate and inspect the operation precision. We will put the inspection reports in packages and then deliver products. Customers can assembly other parts and no need to spend lots of time to inspect the granite assembly.
