Granite Cube
The most core application of the box is to serve as a high-precision reference plane for detecting the geometric errors of components:
- Straightness and flatness measurement: Inspect the flatness of the workpiece surface or the straightness of the guide rail.
- Perpendicularity detection: Utilize the mutually perpendicular surfaces of the box to measure the perpendicular deviation between the surfaces and axes of the components.
- Parallelism detection: As a measurement reference, in conjunction with dial indicators or micrometers, it is used to detect the parallelism between two surfaces of the workpiece.

1. "Stable": Extremely stable performance. Even with slight changes in ambient temperature, it does not expand or contract due to heat or cold; and it does not deform easily like metal after long-term use.
2. "Accurate": Damage does not affect precision. If the surface is bumped, only a few small particles will fall off, without creating raised burrs. This means it will always remain flat and will not mislead measurement results.
3. "Sensitive": Measurement without interference. It has no magnetic properties, so it will not attract magnetic parts during measurement. The pointer or sensor slides very smoothly on it, making readings more sensitive.
4. "Convenient": Maintenance is super simple. It never rusts and does not require anti-rust oil. It can be used immediately upon taking it out, without worrying about the thickness of the oil film affecting precision, nor is it afraid of acid or alkali corrosion.
