ZHHIMG® black granite features a density of approximately 3100 kg/m³, delivering outstanding rigidity, vibration damping, and dimensional stability. Compared with conventional European or American black granite, it offers superior physical performance and long-term precision retention.
Thermal & Magnetic Neutrality
Granite is naturally non-magnetic, non-conductive, and corrosion-resistant, with extremely low thermal expansion. This ensures consistent accuracy in environments where temperature fluctuations or electromagnetic interference would compromise metal structures.
Ultra-Precision Machining
All functional surfaces, mounting interfaces, and reference planes are precision ground and hand-lapped by master craftsmen with decades of experience. Flatness, parallelism, and perpendicularity are controlled to micron or sub-micron levels, with optional nanometer-grade specifications available.
Custom Structural Design
The geometry shown—integrated pillars, precision mounting holes, and weight-optimized cavities—is designed to support complex assemblies such as linear motor stages, air bearing systems, optical modules, and heavy payload motion platforms.
