1. Ceiling of physical stability: Made of high-quality Jinan green stone that has undergone natural aging for hundreds of millions of years, all internal stresses have been fully released. Even in fluctuating environments, it remains as stable as a mountain and does not deform over time like cast iron or steel.
2. Extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion: Even with strict temperature control in semiconductor workshops, minor temperature fluctuations pose challenges. Granite has an extremely small coefficient of thermal expansion, ensuring the repeatability of test results.
3. High hardness and corrosion resistance: It has a high Mohs hardness and strong wear resistance. More importantly, it does not rust, magnetize or stick to sand, fully meeting the strict environmental requirements of Class 1000 and Class 100 cleanrooms.
