1.High Precision and Stability: Made of natural fine-grained granite, they undergo hundreds of millions of years of natural aging, which eliminates internal stress. This ensures high flatness and long-term dimensional stability, with accuracy grades ranging from 00 to 2.
2. Excellent Wear Resistance and Durability: With a Mohs hardness of 6-7, they are highly wear-resistant and scratch-resistant, maintaining precision after long-term use.
3. Good Environmental Adaptability: They have low thermal expansion coefficient (about 1/20 of steel), are non-magnetic, corrosion-resistant, and not prone to rust, suitable for various industrial environments.
4. Superb Damping Performance: The natural high damping characteristic effectively absorbs vibration, enhancing measurement stability.
5. Easy Maintenance: The surface is smooth and does not require complex anti-rust or other maintenance, only simple cleaning is needed.
