To ensure your ZHHIMG® granite component maintains its precision for a lifetime:
1.Cleaning: Wipe surfaces regularly with a lint-free cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals that could leave residues.
2.Protection: While granite is hard, it can chip if struck by heavy metal objects. Use protective covers when the machine is not in operation.
3.Temperature Control: Although our granite is highly stable, maintaining a consistent ambient temperature in your facility (as per our 10,000m² constant temp/humidity workshop standards) will yield the best long-term results.
4.Inspection: Periodically check mounting points and threaded holes for tightness to prevent micro-movements during high-speed operations.
