• Integrated Multi-Axis Design: We specialize in complex structures including bridge-type frames, gantry systems, and cantilever designs tailored for CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection).
• The "Jinan Black" Advantage: Utilizing our signature high-density granite (≈ 3100 kg/m³), these assemblies offer the highest natural damping coefficient, effectively "silencing" high-frequency floor vibrations that disrupt sensitive electronics.
• Master-Lapped Surfaces: Each critical mating surface and guideway is hand-finished by master technicians. This ensures that the perpendicularity and parallelism of the entire assembly—not just individual parts—meet sub-micron tolerances.

To maintain the "World-Class" precision of your ZHHIMG® assembly:
1.Guideway Protection: Keep air-bearing or mechanical guideways free of debris using specialized granite cleaners and lint-free wipes.
2.Stable Environment: For nanometer-level tasks, ensure the assembly is housed in a temperature-controlled environment (typically 20 °C ± 0.5 °C).
3.Insert Care: Periodically check threaded inserts for oxidation. Our inserts are vacuum-bonded for maximum pull-out strength.
4.No Lubrication Needed: Unlike metal, granite does not require oiling to prevent rust, significantly reducing cleanroom contamination risks.
