In combination with five-axis linkage CNC machining, the shape and functional structure of the platform are precisely controlled at the micron level to ensure that the dimensions are exactly the same. Supplemented by a laser interferometer nanoscale detection and closed-loop calibration system, repeated measurement and correction are carried out to stably maintain the flatness within ±1μm.
Structural optimization design ensures stability and protection
For a 10-meter long span, the rib plate layout is optimized through finite element analysis to enhance the rigidity of the platform. The bottom is equipped with high-performance shock absorbers and vibration isolation pads to isolate the equipment from environmental vibrations.
