Workshops for semiconductor testing, laser processing and precision CNC machines inevitably face oil splashes, dust accumulation and weak acid cleaning agents. Ordinary substrates like marble, metal castings or low-density stone are prone to corrosion, surface pitting and dimensional drift after long exposure, disrupting equipment measurement accuracy. As an industry benchmark manufacturer, ZHHIMG’s exclusive high-density black granite (3100kg/m³) features outstanding chemical inertness, strong resistance to oil, dust and weak acid, making it the ideal base material for harsh workshop environments.
Our core granite boasts compact uniform crystal structures with nearly zero micro capillary pores, far superior to cheap marble adopted by many small factories. Marble contains soluble carbonate minerals that react rapidly with weak acid cleaning fluid, causing surface erosion and permanent precision loss. ZHHIMG’s high-density granite has stable mineral composition without reactive impurities; oil stains only stay on the surface instead of penetrating deep into the stone, and dust cannot embed into internal gaps. Simple wiping with cleanroom cloth restores the original flat surface without permanent damage.
To further boost chemical resistance, all finished granite components receive proprietary low-ion sealing coating after nano polishing inside our 10,000㎡ constant temperature & humidity clean workshop. The dense coating fully fills micro crystal gaps, forming a dual protective layer together with the native inert stone body. It blocks penetration of cutting oil, coolant mist and weak acidic cleaning reagents used in PCB, lithium battery and optical inspection workshops, preventing corrosion, discoloration and dimensional change during long-term operation.
Our strict multi-step inspection system verifies chemical inert performance before delivery. Finished granite undergoes immersion tests with workshop oil and weak acid solutions, followed by full precision recheck using Renishaw laser interferometers, Mahr dial gauges and WYLER electronic levels. All measuring tools are traceable to national metrology authorities, and test records are archived under each workpiece’s unique traceability code. Our veteran grinding masters with over 30 years hand-polishing experience ensure Ra ≤0.05μm ultra-smooth surfaces, which greatly reduce oil and dust adhesion in daily production.
Supported by two 200,000㎡ intelligent manufacturing bases, full international certifications (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, CE) and over 20 global patents, ZHHIMG granite bases serve world-class clients including Apple, Samsung, Bosch and GE across semiconductor, laser and new energy sectors. Field feedback proves our granite maintains original flatness and appearance after years of exposure to oily, slightly acidic workshop environments, slashing maintenance and rework costs for manufacturers. We always adhere to the commitment “No cheating, No concealment, No misleading” and refuse inferior marble substitutes that lack chemical stability.
Upholding the quality tenet “The precision business can’t be too demanding”, ZHHIMG leverages the natural chemical inert advantages of high-density granite plus proprietary sealing treatment to solve workshop corrosion risks. Cooperating with global metrology institutes, we continuously optimize stone screening and coating formulas to enhance anti-contamination performance, providing durable, low-maintenance precision substrates and fueling the development of the ultra-precision industry.
