How is a good piece of granite refined? ZHHIMG® builds the foundation of “reliability” with professional methods.

In the field of industrial manufacturing, the quality of granite directly determines the accuracy of equipment and the lifespan of the project. But do you know? The seemingly ordinary granite stone has quite a few production tricks behind it. Some manufacturers take "shortcuts" to cut costs, but ZHHIMG® insists on using "professional methods" to gradually polish out truly reliable granite products.
1. Selecting stones: Only choose materials with "good origin"
Just as when buying fruits, one should choose those from the same tree, when selecting granite, one also needs to consider its "origin". The granite of ZHHIMG® mainly uses natural black ore. This vein was formed over 100 million years ago. After a long period of geological movement, the distribution of granite minerals here is particularly uniform, and both density and hardness are very stable.
Some manufacturers, in order to save money, mix stones from different mineral sources for use. As a result, the "materials" of the stones produced are not the same, with some parts being hard and others soft. This can easily cause problems when used in equipment. ZHHIMG® insists on using only stones from the same vein, ensuring that the "hardness" of each piece of granite is the same from the source.
Ii. Processing: Slow work leads to fine results
In the factory of ZHHIMG®, a piece of granite has to pass through numerous "checkpoints" from mining to finished product. Each level must undergo strict testing. If any one indicator fails to meet the standard, the stone will be directly "eliminated".

The secret in the constant temperature workshop: ZHHIMG® has specially built a dust-free workshop with constant temperature and humidity, keeping the temperature around 20℃ and the humidity at approximately 50%. This is because changes in temperature and humidity can cause granite to "deform", just like the principle of thermal expansion and contraction. Processing in such a stable environment can ensure that the flatness of granite reaches "mirror-like level" - with an error of no more than 0.3μm/m, which is equivalent to a height difference 300 times thinner than a human hair over a distance of 1 meter!
Annealing the stone: Freshly mined granite has internal stress. If not treated, it may deform over time. ZHHIMG® adopts the method of "90-day natural aging + stepwise annealing" to gradually release the internal stress of the stone. This process takes several times longer than the rapid annealing of ordinary manufacturers, but only in this way can the granite produced remain stable after many years of use.
In an era that pursues efficiency, ZHHIMG® insists on not taking shortcuts. Instead, it uses down-to-earth and simple methods to turn every piece of granite into a trustworthy "reliable foundation". Next time you choose granite products, remember to stick to this persistence!
