Crafted from our exclusive high-density ZHHIMG® black granite (density ≈ 3100 kg/m³), this aperture plate provides exceptional dimensional stability, low thermal expansion, and outstanding wear resistance. Every plate is manufactured and calibrated under constant temperature and humidity conditions in our 10,000 m² precision metrology laboratory to ensure the highest flatness and parallelism tolerances.
The central aperture is precisely ground and polished to achieve perfect geometry, ensuring ideal optical path alignment or reference positioning in metrology and optical systems.
