This granite base/component is custom-engineered for your specific application, featuring high-tolerance machined surfaces, threaded inserts (e.g., steel M6/M8 inserts), and precise reference bores.
● Processing Capability: We utilize international advanced CNC equipment, capable of machining single components up to 20m in length and 100 tons in weight, meeting the needs of the largest machine builders.
● Typical Machining Features: T-slots, dovetail grooves, drilled and tapped holes (inserts), air bearing surfaces, cable routing channels, and weight reduction pockets (as seen in the image).
● Manufacturing Environment: Production takes place in our 10,000 m² temperature and humidity-controlled facility, featuring a ≥ 1000 mm thick military-grade concrete floor with 500 mm wide, 2000 mm deep anti-vibration trenches, ensuring the ultimate stable processing environment.
We use various techniques during this process:
● Optical measurements with autocollimators
● Laser interferometers and laser trackers
● Electronic inclination levels (precision spirit levels)

The longevity and performance of your precision component depend on proper handling.
1.Cleaning: Use only a non-abrasive, neutral pH cleaner (like denatured alcohol or granite surface cleaner) and a clean, lint-free cloth. Never use harsh acids or ammonia-based cleaners, which can damage the surface.
2.Handling: Always lift heavy components using proper lifting gear and ensure forces are distributed evenly to prevent chipping or cracking.
3.Temperature Control: For best performance, use the component in a controlled environment to minimize thermal expansion effects.
4.Storage: Store the component flat in its protective crate if not in use. Avoid storing heavy items directly on the granite component for prolonged periods.
5.Recalibration: Although granite is extremely stable, we recommend periodic calibration checks (e.g., annually) using an electronic level or laser interferometer, especially after relocation or heavy use.
