ZHHIMG® is recognized as the world's fastest and highest-volume producer of precision granite. Our factory can handle massive, single-piece components:

●   Maximum Machining Capacity: Up to 100 tons in a single body.

●   Dimensions: Lengths up to 20m, Widths up to $4000mm$, Thickness up to 1000mm.

●   Finishing: Our four dedicated production lines and 4 Taiwanese NANT grinding machines (capable of grinding $6000mm$ workpieces) achieve surface flatness down to the nanometer level (far exceeding standards like DIN 876, JIS, or ASME).

Expert Craftsmanship & Metrology

Our belief is simple: “If you cannot measure it, you cannot manufacture it.”

●   Metrology Experts: Our staff undergoes rigorous, regular training in international standards (DIN, ASME, JIS, BS).

●   The "Walking Level": Our master lapping technicians—many with over 30 years of manual lapping experience—can achieve sub-micron precision by hand. They can "feel" the removal of just a few microns, earning them the nickname "The Walking Electronic Level" from our customers.

●   Advanced Calibration: We utilize world-class measuring equipment, including Renishaw Laser Interferometers, WYLER Electronic Levels, and Mahr 0.5μm dial gauges. All instruments are traceable to national metrology institutes (NMI).

●   Stable Environment: Final assembly and critical measurements are performed in our 10,000 m² climate-controlled facility, featuring $1000mm$ thick anti-vibration concrete floors and 2000mm deep surrounding isolation trenches to ensure a perfectly stable, vibration-free environment.
