What sets our precision granite components apart begins with the material itself. We exclusively use ZHHIMG® black granite, a proprietary material renowned for its exceptional physical properties:

●   Density: With a density of 3100 kg/m³, our granite offers superior vibration damping capabilities compared to alternative materials. This high density ensures minimal energy transfer, making it ideal for precision applications where stability is paramount.

●   Thermal Stability: Our black granite boasts an incredibly low thermal expansion coefficient of 0.5×10⁻⁶/℃. This remarkable stability means our components maintain their dimensional accuracy even in environments with temperature fluctuations, a critical factor in semiconductor manufacturing and other precision industries.

●   Homogeneity: Unlike marble or inferior granite varieties, ZHHIMG® black granite exhibits exceptional homogeneity. This uniformity ensures consistent performance across the entire surface of our components, eliminating weak points and ensuring reliable, long-term precision.

We take great pride in our material selection process. While some manufacturers cut corners by using cheaper marble, we remain committed to providing only the highest quality granite. Our dedicated stone storage facility, spanning 20,000 m², allows us to carefully select and age our granite blocks, ensuring optimal stability before production even begins.
