Manufactured from proprietary ZHHIMG® Black Granite, this gantry structure provides an ideal mechanical foundation for ultra-precision motion systems, optical platforms, and metrology equipment.

Each granite gantry is manufactured in ZHHIMG’s temperature-controlled workshops and finished by experienced master lapping technicians, many with over 30 years of manual precision grinding experience.
We use various techniques during this process:
● Optical measurements with autocollimators
● Laser interferometers and laser trackers
● Electronic inclination levels (precision spirit levels)

Granite gantry structures require minimal maintenance:
• Clean surfaces with lint-free cloth and neutral cleaner
• Avoid acidic or alkaline chemicals
• Prevent impact or concentrated point loads
• Periodically verify flatness if used as a reference surface
• Store and operate in a stable temperature environment when possible
Under normal industrial conditions, ZHHIMG granite structures maintain accuracy for decades without recalibration.
