The bridge structure is designed to deliver superior mechanical stiffness and dynamic stability.
ZHHIMG’s production facilities are equipped with:
● CNC machining centers and precision grinders capable of handling up to 100 tons per unit
● Advanced Renishaw laser interferometers, Mitutoyo instruments, and Wyler electronic levels for calibration
● ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and CE-certified quality management
Every base is inspected in a temperature- and humidity-controlled metrology lab, ensuring absolute precision traceable to national and international standards.
We use various techniques during this process:
● Optical measurements with autocollimators
● Laser interferometers and laser trackers
● Electronic inclination levels (precision spirit levels)
1. Documents together with products: Inspection reports + Calibration reports(measuring devices) + Quality Certificate + Invoice + Packing List + Contract + Bill of Lading(or AWB).

To maintain long-term precision:
⒈Keep surfaces clean and dust-free; wipe gently with non-abrasive cloths.
⒉Avoid contact with oils and acids that could stain or alter the granite surface.
⒊Regular calibration using certified instruments is recommended every 6–12 months.
⒋Protect from vibration and thermal shock by placing on stable, insulated foundations.
With proper care, a ZHHIMG® granite base can deliver decades of precision without deformation or performance loss.
