Custom Precision Granite Base Plate with Threaded Inserts and Stepped Ledge
Every guideway, camera and sensor on your machine ends up measuring against one thing: the plate it is bolted to. This custom precision granite base plate is built to be that reference. It is cut and ground from ZHHIMG® black granite (about 3100 kg/m³) and combines a stepped profile, a large through-bore and a dense field of threaded inserts in a single piece of stone. Your linear guides, optics and electronics mount straight onto it, with no stack of adapter brackets in between.
We machine it to your drawing, inspect it in a temperature-controlled hall and can assemble and calibrate it with your hardware before it ships. -
