• Superior Physical Properties: Our granite features a density of approximately 3100kg/m³, significantly higher than ordinary marble. This results in a much lower coefficient of thermal expansion and higher mechanical rigidity.
• Nano-Level Hand Lapping: Our master technicians, some with over 30 years of experience, hand-lap surfaces to achieve nanometer-level flatness. They are often referred to as "walking electronic levels" by our global partners.
• Unmatched Vibration Damping: Unlike cast iron or steel, our precision granite naturally absorbs vibrations, making it the ideal substrate for high-speed linear motor platforms and semiconductor inspection tools.

To ensure your ZHHIMG® component maintains its micrometer accuracy for decades, follow these guidelines:
1.Cleaning: Use only specialized granite cleaners or 95% anhydrous alcohol. Avoid corrosive chemicals.
2.Environment: Ideally, maintain the component in a constant temperature and humidity environment (comparable to our 10,000 m² specialized facility) to prevent microscopic material expansion.
3.Loading: Ensure loads are distributed according to the original design specs to prevent unnecessary stress points.
