High-Density ZHHIMG® Black Granite
ZHHIMG® granite straight edges are made from carefully selected natural black granite with a density of approximately 3100 kg/m³, offering:
• Extremely low thermal expansion
• Excellent vibration damping
• No internal stress or aging deformation
• Non-magnetic and corrosion-resistant properties
Compared with steel straight edges, granite is unaffected by temperature fluctuations. Compared with marble, ZHHIMG® black granite offers significantly higher density, hardness, and long-term stability, ensuring reliable precision over decades.
Precision Hand-Lapped Measuring Surface
The measuring surface is precision ground and manually hand-lapped by experienced craftsmen, many with over 30 years of precision lapping experience.
Straightness accuracy can reach 1 μm or better, depending on length and specification, fully compliant with international standards such as DIN, JIS, ASME, and GB.
Optimized Structural Design
The integrated weight-reduction holes improve handling and reduce mass without compromising structural rigidity. This design enhances usability in daily inspection work while maintaining excellent straightness stability.

• Avoid impacts, edge collisions, or point loading
• Store on stable supports when not in use
• Use protective covers to prevent dust contamination
• Periodically recalibrate according to usage frequency and quality requirements

● Electronic inclination levels (precision spirit levels)
