It’s crafted from our proprietary ZHHIMG® Black Granite, sourced exclusively from high-grade quarries and processed under strict ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance.
With a density of ~3100 kg/m³, this material outperforms European and American black granites in thermal stability, dimensional consistency, and resistance to deformation — making it ideal for applications where even micro-level drift can compromise results.

● Ultra-High Density & Stability:
Our black granite maintains consistent performance across temperature fluctuations (±0.5°C), minimizing thermal expansion — critical for CMMs, laser interferometers, and optical alignment systems.
● Nanometer-Level Flatness:
Achieved through manual hand-lapping by master craftsmen with over 30 years of experience — each plate undergoes multi-stage grinding and polishing using Taiwan Nan Tai grinders (value > $500K/unit) and verified with Reinshaw laser interferometry.
● Certified Measurement Accuracy:
All plates are calibrated using German Mahr 0.5μm dial indicators, Mitutoyo digital gauges, and WYLER electronic levels. Calibration certificates traceable to National Metrology Institutes (NMI) via Shandong & Jinan Metrology Centers.
● Non-Magnetic & Non-Conductive:
Ideal for use in cleanrooms, EMI-sensitive environments, and semiconductor inspection tools without interference.
● Rugged Construction:
Available in sizes up to 6000mm x 3000mm, with thicknesses ranging from 100mm to 500mm — suitable for large-scale metrology platforms and industrial base frames.

● Electronic inclination levels (precision spirit levels)

To preserve optimal performance:
⒈Clean Regularly: Use soft cloth and distilled water. Avoid abrasives or harsh chemicals.
⒉Store Properly: Keep on padded supports, avoiding direct contact with metal or uneven surfaces.
⒊Avoid Overloading: Do not exceed rated load capacity; always support large plates at multiple points.
⒋Temperature Control: Store in stable ambient conditions (18–22°C). Sudden changes cause thermal stress.
⒌Periodic Recalibration: Recommended every 12–24 months depending on usage intensity.
