● Dimensional Integrity: The base is manufactured in our 10,000 m² climate-controlled facility, which is specifically designed with a vibration-dampening floor and anti-vibration trenches, mimicking a semiconductor production environment. This ensures that the final lapping process—conducted by our master craftsmen who achieve micro-meter level hand-feel—is uncompromised.
● Verification at the Nanometer Level: Every critical dimension, including flatness, parallelism, and squareness of the guides, is verified using the world's most advanced metrology tools, including Renishaw laser interferometers and WYLER electronic levels, traceable to National Metrology Institutes (NMI) worldwide.
