Advanced Engineering & Manufacturing Process
1.Raw Stone Selection: Only premium-grade blocks are selected based on homogeneity and grain structure.
2.Precision Cutting & Rough Machining: Using CNC-controlled equipment capable of handling up to 100-ton components.
3.Hand-Lapped Finishing: Master craftsmen with over 30 years of experience manually refine surfaces to achieve sub-micron flatness — often referred to as “walking micrometers” by clients.
4.Final Calibration: Measured using Reinshaw laser interferometers, WYLER electronic levels, and Mitutoyo digital gauges, all traceable to national standards (NIST, PTB, NPL).

1. The granite is after a long-term natural aging, the organizational structure is uniform, the expansion cofficient is small, the internal stress completely disappeared.
2. Not afraid of acid and alkali corrosion, will not rust; do not need oiling, easy to maintain, long service life.
3. Not limited by the constant temperature conditions, and can maintain the high precision at room temperature.
No be magnetized, and can move smoothly while measuring, no tight feeling, free of the affect of moisture, good flatness.
We use various techniques during this process:
● Optical measurements with autocollimators
● Laser interferometers and laser trackers
● Electronic inclination levels (precision spirit levels)
