T slots has two types on precision components. One is that we can make slots directly on precision components such as precision granite components, mineral casting… Another way is that we can glue meta t slots on precision granite base.

If you want to fix some big & very hard machine parts very firmly, we advise you to choose metal slots. If you want to fix very small machine parts, we advise you to choose granite surface plate with slots (make slots directly on precision granite machine base).

You can find many slots on precision granite machine base in following pictures:

1. The granite is after a long-term natural aging, the organizational structure is uniform, the expansion cofficient is small, the internal stress completely disappeared.

2. Not afraid of acid and alkali corrosion, will not rust; do not need oiling, easy to maintain, long service life.

3. Not limited by the constant temperature conditions, and can maintain the high precision at room temperature.

No be magnetized, and can move smoothly while measuring, no tight feeling, free of the affect of moisture, good flatness.
