Proper care ensures your ZHHIMG® granite component maintains its accuracy indefinitely.
⒈Cleaning: Use denatured alcohol or a mild, non-abrasive granite cleaner. Wipe surfaces clean with a lint-free cloth or clean chamois.
⒉Handling: Always lift heavy bases with appropriate lifting equipment (cranes, specialized slings) to avoid chipping edges or stressing the structure.
⒊Environment: While granite is stable, operating the base within the specified temperature range (± 1℃ recommended) will ensure the highest operational accuracy.
⒋Inspection: For metrology standards, periodic calibration checks (every 1-2 years) using a laser interferometer are recommended to ensure long-term stability remains within your required tolerance.
