This custom precision granite base is a testament to our advanced manufacturing capabilities. Each component is meticulously machined in our state-of-the-art facilities, which are equipped with Taiwan's largest grinders and CNC machines capable of handling single-piece granite components weighing up to 100 tons.
● Customizable Geometry: We can produce complex, monolithic structures like this base with lengths up to 20 meters, widths up to 4000 mm, and thicknesses up to 1000 mm.
● Nanometer-Level Flatness: Our expert craftsmen, with over 30 years of experience, use a unique hand-lapping technique to achieve and verify nanometer-level flatness, ensuring a perfect reference surface.
● Vibration Damping: The natural properties of our ZHHIMG® Black Granite, combined with our robust design, effectively absorb and dampen vibrations, crucial for sensitive measurement and manufacturing processes.
● Integrated Solutions: This base features pre-drilled holes, slots, and inserts, ready for the integration of linear motors, air bearings, guide rails, and other critical machine components.
We use various techniques during this process:
● Optical measurements with autocollimators
● Laser interferometers and laser trackers
● Electronic inclination levels (precision spirit levels)

1、Cleaning: Simply use a lint-free cloth and a non-corrosive, mild cleaning solution to wipe the surface.
2、Handling: While granite is extremely hard, avoid dropping heavy objects on the surface.
3、Calibration: For applications requiring the highest level of precision, regular calibration checks are recommended to ensure performance. Our professional team can assist with on-site calibration using advanced instruments like laser interferometers and electronic levels.
