Top Quality Ct Granite Assembly With Rails And Ball Screws - hStandard Thread Inserts – ZHONGHUI Detail:
Threaded inserts are glued into the precision granite(nature granite), precision ceramic, Mineral Casting and UHPC. The threaded inserts are set back 0-1 mm below the surface (according to customers’ requirements). We can make the thread inserts flush with the surface(0.01-0.025mm).
We can offer all kinds of inserts for the granite production, like the granite surface plate, granite machine base, granite machine component etc.
The insert fortune offered in material stainless steel No.304, aluminum or according to request.
The standard 304 stainless steel threaded inserts (according to the table) are applied with epoxy resin on surfaces for component fixing on the granite structure and tested for traction resistance.
