To maintain the nanometer-level precision of your ZHHIMG® assembly:
1.Temperature Equilibrium: Always allow the structure to stabilize in your climate-controlled facility for at least 72 hours before final calibration.
2.Surface Hygiene: Clean only with specialized granite cleaners or high-purity isopropyl alcohol. Avoid abrasive materials that could score the hand-lapped surface.
3.Loading Protocols: Ensure all mounting bolts (using our precision inserts) are tightened using a staggered torque sequence to avoid localized stress concentrations.
4.Air Bearing Care: If equipped with air bearings, ensure the air supply is filtered, dry, and oil-free to prevent clogging or surface friction.
