This natural igneous rock provides the near-zero thermal expansion coefficient and high rigidity required for nanometer-level precision.

1.Cleaning: Use specialized granite cleaners or 99% anhydrous alcohol with a lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals that may leave a residue.
2.Environment: Operate within our recommended constant temperature and humidity parameters to prevent micro-fluctuations in measurement.
3.Load Management: Ensure the load is distributed according to the original design specifications to prevent localized stress.
4.Calibration: Periodic verification using laser interferometers (like Renishaw) or electronic levels (like Wyler) is recommended to ensure long-term traceablity.
