The ZHHIMG® Ultra-Precision Granite Machine Base is a high-rigidity structural platform engineered for advanced semiconductor equipment, precision CNC systems, linear motor stages, and optical inspection machinery.
Manufactured from proprietary ZHHIMG® high-density black granite (≈3100 kg/m³), this granite base provides exceptional dimensional stability, vibration damping, and long-term geometric accuracy — significantly outperforming conventional cast iron or marble-based alternatives.
This model integrates precision-ground granite structure with dual linear guide mounting beams and vibration isolation support, forming a complete high-stability motion foundation system.

To maintain long-term accuracy:
1.Keep the surface clean and free from dust or debris.
2.Avoid impact from metal tools or sharp edges.
3.Maintain stable room temperature (20±2°C recommended for high-precision use).
4.Periodically verify flatness using calibrated measuring instruments.
5.Do not use acidic or alkaline cleaning agents.
6.Ensure vibration supports are properly leveled.
Granite does not rust, does not require anti-corrosion treatment, and has minimal maintenance needs compared to metal bases.
