⒈Spot Cleaning: Clean only the areas that are actively in use, using a mild, non-corrosive granite cleaner. Avoid using abrasive materials that could scratch the precision surface.
⒉Even Load Distribution: Never overload the plate, and whenever possible, distribute inspection components evenly across the surface. This minimizes localized deflection and wear.
⒊Regular Recalibration: While granite is incredibly stable, regular calibration checks are essential for all high-grade plates (especially Grade 00 and 0), ensuring the flatness remains within tolerance after years of use.
⒋Cover When Idle: Use a protective cover when the plate is not in use to prevent dust accumulation and physical damage.
