When we talk about precision, we aren't just discussing "stone." We are discussing a proprietary material—ZHHIMG® Black Granite. Many smaller manufacturers attempt to cut costs by using cheaper marble or lower-grade gray granite. At ZHHIMG®, we resolutely reject these inferior materials because they lack the physical integrity required for professional metrology.

•   Superior Material Density: Our black granite features a high density of approximately 3,100 kg/m³. This is significantly higher than most European or American black granites, providing a more rigid and stable platform for your sensitive instruments.
•   Natural Vibration Damping: Granite possesses a high internal damping coefficient, making it far superior to cast iron or steel in absorbing mechanical noise and environmental vibrations.
•   Thermal Stability: With an extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion, ZHHIMG® granite maintains its geometric accuracy even when ambient temperatures fluctuate slightly in the workshop.

•   The Lapping Mastery: While we use advanced Taiwan NANT grinding machines (valued at over $500,000 USD each), the final "nanometer-level" precision is achieved by our master craftsmen. With over 30 years of manual lapping experience, they are often referred to by our clients as "walking electronic levels."
•   Controlled Environment: Our 10,000 m² constant temperature workshop features 1-meter-thick ultra-hard concrete floors and anti-vibration trenches, ensuring that the calibration environment is as stable as the product itself.
