1、Guaranteed Geometric Accuracy: Our specialized grinding masters, with over 30 years of manual lapping experience, can achieve flatness, straightness, and perpendicularity tolerances down to the nanometer level (far surpassing common DIN, ASME, and JIS standards).
2、Ultimate Scale & Stiffness: Our unique production line—the world's fastest and highest tonnage—allows us to process single components up to 20 meters in length and 100 tons in weight. This ensures monolithic stability even for the largest gantry systems.
3、Complex Functional Integration: We expertly machine complex features, including:
● Threaded Inserts: For component mounting.
● Air Bearing Surfaces: Lapped to exceptional flatness and roughness for frictionless motion systems.
● Cable Management & Pass-through Holes: Designed for clean integration.
● Precision Grooves/Steps: For aligning linear motors, guide rails (e.g., THK, Hiwin), and encoders.
4、Controlled Production Environment: Components are finished and inspected within our 10,000 ㎡ constant temperature and humidity cleanroom, featuring one-meter-thick anti-vibration concrete floors and silent overhead cranes, ensuring the measurement environment is completely stable and vibration-free.
We use various techniques during this process:
● Optical measurements with autocollimators
● Laser interferometers and laser trackers
● Electronic inclination levels (precision spirit levels)

ZHHIMG Precision Granite is inherently low-maintenance and durable. Proper care ensures decades of stable, accurate performance.
1、Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a mild soap solution or a commercially available granite cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive powders, or acidic cleaners (like vinegar), as these can compromise the material's surface integrity over time.
2、Handling: While granite is incredibly hard, concentrated force from dropped metal objects can chip the edges. Handle surrounding metal components with care.
3、Protection: In the event of a spill of coolant or oil, wipe it up promptly. Although the ZHHIMG material is low-porosity, immediate cleanup is best practice to maintain the highest surface quality.
4、Re-calibration: Although granite is highly stable, periodic re-calibration or verification of your machine's geometric accuracy using traceable standards (laser interferometers) is necessary to ensure the entire system remains within tolerance.
