1. Extreme Processing Capacity
● Monolithic Scale: We are equipped to process single components up to 100 tons, with dimensions reaching 20,000 mm in length, 4,000 mm in width, and 1,000 mm in thickness.
● World-Class Grinding: Machined on advanced equipment, including our four large-scale Taiwan Nan Te grinders (valued at over $500,000 USD each), capable of polishing non-metal surfaces up to 6,000 mm.
● Industry-Leading Production: Our dedicated production lines enable us to manufacture 20,000 sets of 5000mm granite precision beds monthly, making ZHHIMG the world's highest-volume precision granite manufacturer.
2. Nanometer-Level Accuracy Achieved by Human Expertise
● Master Craftsmen: Our grinding masters boast over 30 years of manual lapping experience, achieving nanometer-level flatness through skilled hand-finishing. They are often referred to by clients as "Walking Electronic Levels."
● Certified Inspection: All products are verified in our 10,000 m2 temperature and humidity-controlled cleanroom (featuring 1000mm thick, anti-vibration concrete flooring and silent cranes).
● Advanced Metrology: Inspection is performed using the world’s most advanced equipment, including Renishaw Laser Interferometers, WYLER Electronic Levels, and Mahr/Mitutoyo instruments, with traceability to national metrology institutes (e.g., UK NPL, US NIST, French LNE).
We use various techniques during this process:
● Optical measurements with autocollimators
● Laser interferometers and laser trackers
● Electronic inclination levels (precision spirit levels)

Maintenance and Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity and sustained accuracy of your ZHHIMG® Precision Granite Base:
1.Cleaning: Use only mild, non-acidic, and non-abrasive cleaners specifically designed for granite. Wipe the surface gently with a lint-free cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals as they can compromise the surface finish.
2.Handling: Always lift the component with certified lifting equipment (using the designated inserts/slots) to prevent internal stress or cracking. Avoid dragging the base.
3.Environment: The component should be used in a climate-controlled environment, ideally within the standard metrology temperature range (20∘C±1∘C) to maintain stability.
4.Inspection: We recommend periodic calibration using certified equipment (e.g., laser interferometer) to verify the long-term flatness, in line with standards such as DIN 876 or ASME B89.3.7.
