Engineering Precision
Our facility features a 10,000 m² constant temperature and humidity cleanroom built on a 1000mm thick reinforced military-grade foundation with 2000mm deep anti-vibration trenches. This ensures that the assembly you receive—like the granite bridge and base shown—was manufactured in a vibration-free environment, maintaining its geometric integrity from our floor to yours.

To maintain the micron-level accuracy of your ZHHIMG® granite components, follow these professional guidelines:
1.Environment Control: Keep the granite in a temperature-controlled environment. Drastic thermal fluctuations can cause temporary geometric distortion.
2.Cleanliness: Clean surfaces daily using a specialized granite cleaner or anhydrous alcohol. Avoid heavy oils or corrosive chemicals.
3.Load Distribution: Never exceed the rated point-load capacity. Ensure the assembly is supported at its original "Bessel Points" or designated support areas to prevent sagging.
4.Regular Calibration: We recommend annual re-calibration using laser interferometers or electronic levels to ensure the surface remains within your required tolerance.
