Manufacturing Scale and Capacity
● Massive Production Scale: Our two factories (200,000 ㎡) and advanced four-line production system allow us to deliver 20,000 sets of 5000mm granite precision beds per month, positioning us as the world's fastest and highest-tonnage precision granite manufacturer.
● Ultra-Large Machining: Our gantry cranes and CNC equipment can process single components weighing up to 100 tons, with dimensions up to 20m in length and 4000mm in width.
● State-of-the-Art Lapping: We utilize advanced equipment, including four ultra-large Taiwanese Nante Grinding Machines (over $500,000 USD/unit), capable of lapping metal and non-metal platforms up to 6000mm long.
Metrology and Quality Assurance
Our commitment to quality is encapsulated in our policy: “The precision business can't be too demanding.”
● World-Class Instruments: Every component is meticulously checked using the best equipment available, including Renishaw Laser Interferometers, WYLER Electronic Levels, German Mahr Dial Gauges (0.5μm), and Mitutoyo instruments.
● Traceability: All inspection equipment is calibrated by authorized institutes (Jinan/Shandong Metrology Institute), with full traceability to national metrology standards.
The Human Element: Nanometer Artisans
Our greatest asset is our team. Our master lapping technicians possess over 30 years of hands-on manual lapping experience. They are often called "Walking Electronic Levels" by our clients, capable of feeling and controlling the removal of material at the micrometer level—true artisans of ultra-precision.
We use various techniques during this process:
● Optical measurements with autocollimators
● Laser interferometers and laser trackers
● Electronic inclination levels (precision spirit levels)
