You can’t manufacture what you can’t measure. This is a core belief at ZHHIMG®. But even the best measurement tools will fail if the environment is fighting against you.
That’s why we invested heavily in a 10,000㎡ constant temperature and humidity workshop. But we didn’t just build a standard cleanroom. We built a fortress against vibration.
The floor is poured with ultra-hard concrete, at least 1000mm thick. Surrounding the entire workshop is a massive anti-vibration trench—500mm wide and 2000mm deep. Inside, we use silent overhead cranes to eliminate mechanical noise. We even have a dedicated dust-free assembly room that simulates semiconductor-grade environments.
Why go to such lengths? Because precision is fragile. When you are aiming for nanometer-level flatness on a granite surface plate, a passing forklift or a slight temperature shift can ruin the calibration. Our setup ensures that when our engineers use German Mahr dial indicators (0.5um) or Renishaw laser interferometers, the readings are 100% accurate.
