This facility is designed with structural isolation in mind. The floor is constructed from ultra-hard concrete with a thickness of no less than 1000mm, providing immense mass to resist ground-borne vibrations. Furthermore, the entire perimeter of the cleanroom features a dedicated anti-vibration trench—500mm wide and 2000mm deep. This physical barrier effectively severs the transmission path of external micro-vibrations, ensuring the assembly floor remains in a state of near-absolute stillness.

Silent Operations and Thermal Consistency

Beyond structural isolation, internal environmental management is equally critical. Standard overhead cranes and HVAC systems can generate significant acoustic and vibrational noise. To eliminate this, ZHHIMG exclusively utilizes silent-operating overhead cranes within the cleanroom. Combined with a highly regulated HVAC system, this ensures that temperature and humidity remain perfectly stable, preventing any thermal deformation during the final assembly of granite air bearings and precision bases.
