ZHHIMG separates granite bed manufacturing into four independent dedicated lines with clear division of labor, bringing two core competitive edges unavailable to small-scale rivals.
First, unified process flow for standard beds. Each line follows a fixed standardized workflow: raw blank aging, CNC rough cutting, precision grinding, T-slot machining, constant-temperature finishing and full interferometer inspection. There is no frequent parameter adjustment caused by product switching, effectively avoiding dimensional inconsistency between batches. Second, full sets of special processing equipment are deployed on each line, including heavy-duty CNC gantry machines and four imported Taiwan Nantong super-large grinders (single unit investment exceeds USD 500,000), capable of grinding metal and non-metal platforms up to 6,000 mm long. The equipment configuration matches the size specification of standard granite beds perfectly, greatly lifting processing efficiency.
We adopt self-mined high-density black granite with density reaching 3100 kg/m³, far superior to marble and ordinary foreign granite in rigidity and anti-creep performance. The four granite bed lines occupy an independent production zone isolated from ceramic, metal and carbon fiber workshops, preventing cross-contamination and external vibration interference.
Every line supports full production of large monolithic granite workpieces up to 100 tons in weight, 20 m in length, 4,000 mm in width and 1,000 mm in thickness. The matching 10,000 m² constant temperature & humidity workshop is equipped with 1,000 mm thick super-hard military concrete floors, surrounding 500 mm wide, 2,000 mm deep anti-vibration trenches and customized silent overhead cranes. The vibration-free constant-temperature environment ensures grinding flatness reaches nanometer grade for every batch of machine beds during mass production.
Each production line is staffed by fixed teams with over 30 years of hand lapping experience. All operators receive systematic training covering global mainstream metrology standards including DIN, ASME, JIS and GB. After grinding, every granite bed undergoes comprehensive testing via Mahr micrometers, Mitutoyo roughness testers and Renishaw laser interferometers. All inspection tools hold calibration certificates traceable to national metrology institutes, guaranteeing uniform precision across tens of thousands of mass-produced beds.
