Four sets of Taiwan Nantou super-large grinding machines, each costing over 500,000 US dollars, are applied to fine grinding of gantry frames, which can precisely grind metal and non-metal workpieces up to 6000mm long. More importantly, we build a 10,000 m² constant temperature, humidity and dust-free workshop for gantry finishing and assembly. The workshop floor is poured with ultra-hard concrete with a thickness of more than 1000mm, surrounded by shockproof trenches of 500mm width and 2000mm depth. Silent travelling cranes are used indoors to eliminate external vibration interference completely, creating an undisturbed processing environment to lock in the stability of granite gantry frames. We also build a special dust-free workshop simulating semiconductor production lines for integrated assembly of large granite gantry frames.
