Inside ZHHIMG®: Engineering the Ultimate Precision Environment

Why Environment Dictates Nano-Level Accuracy
You cannot achieve nanometer-level precision in an unpredictable environment. Thermal expansion and microscopic vibrations are the silent enemies of ultra-precision manufacturing. At ZHHIMG®, we recognized early on that world-class equipment requires a world-class environment. This philosophy drives our massive 10,000m² constant temperature and humidity workshop, designed specifically to eliminate environmental variables.
The foundation of this workshop is a 1000mm thick ultra-hard concrete slab. To isolate the space from external factory vibrations, we engineered a perimeter anti-vibration trench measuring 500mm wide and 2000mm deep. Inside, even the overhead cranes are custom-built silent models to prevent structural resonance. This meticulous environmental control ensures that when we machine granite components or assemble precision air bearings, the measurement environment remains flawlessly stable.

Ceramic Measuring Tools
Machining Power Meets Microscopic Tolerance
Our facility spans 200,000m², housing four ultra-large grinding machines sourced from Taiwan Nantec, each valued at over $500,000. These machines can grind metal and non-metal precision platforms up to 6000mm long. For massive infrastructure, our overhead cranes and CNC equipment are capable of handling single pieces weighing up to 100 tons, with a maximum machining length of 20m and width of 4000mm.
Producing 20,000 sets of precision granite beds monthly requires more than just heavy machinery; it demands a culture of exactness. From our 20,000m² raw stone storage yard to our semiconductor-grade clean assembly rooms, every square meter of ZHHIMG® is optimized for one purpose: promoting the development of the ultra-precision industry.
