The Core Slab: The entire floor is poured with ultra-hard, military-grade concrete to a thickness of no less than 1,000 mm. This massive thermal and physical mass dampens high-frequency ambient waves traveling through the earth.

The Perimeter Isolation Trenches: Circling the entire perimeter of the 10,000 m² facility are custom-engineered anti-vibration trenches measuring 500mm in width and 2,000mm in depth. These profound air gaps isolate the critical calibration zone from the rest of the industrial zone, cutting off seismic disruptions entirely.

Silent Overhead Cranes: Standard industrial overhead cranes jerk and rattle, sending vibrations straight down into the granite beds during handling. Every crane inside our metrology room is a custom-built, ultra-quiet silent crane, ensuring smooth tracking that leaves the measuring environment undisturbed.
Replicating the Semiconductor Fab: The Dust-Free Cleanroom
Beyond standard manufacturing, we have constructed a highly specialized constant temperature, constant humidity, dust-free cleanroom.
This room is an exact technical mirror of a modern semiconductor wafer fabrication facility. Why go to this extreme? Because our precision granite bases (including integrated air bearings and XY multi-axis platforms) are shipped directly into cleanroom environments worldwide.
By assembling, cleaning, and testing our granite components in an identical environment, we guarantee that when the assembly arrives at an end-user like Samsung, Apple, or Akribis, it fits, performs, and retains its calibrated flatness perfectly without outgassing or expanding.
