And silicon nitride, is also a popular ceramic in the past twenty years, wear-resistant thermal shock strength and other comprehensive performance is good, but the use of temperature is lower than the other two; The preparation process of silicon nitride is also more complex than alumina, although the application of silicon nitride phase is much better than zirconia, but overall comparison is still not as good as alumina.
