To maximize vibration isolation effects during processing and finished product testing, we built a professional 10,000㎡ constant-temperature and constant-humidity dust-free workshop with systematic anti-vibration infrastructure. The workshop ground is poured with military-grade ultra-hard concrete up to 1000mm thick. A surrounding shockproof trench, 500mm wide and 2000mm deep, cuts off vibration spread from outside production zones. All travelling cranes inside the temperature-controlled room adopt silent vibration-dampening models, preventing mechanical shaking during product handling. This full-space vibration-isolation environment guarantees that every granite square ruler is ground, polished and inspected under vibration-free conditions, locking in stable initial precision for repeated usage.
High-standard manufacturing equipment further strengthens vibration control in production. We deploy four Taiwan Nantou ultra-large grinding machines, each valued over 500,000 USD. These heavy-duty grinders come with built-in base vibration reduction modules to avoid processing vibration affecting surface flatness and verticality of square rulers. All testing equipment holds valid calibration certificates issued by Jinan and Shandong Metrology Institutes, with measurement data traceable to national metrology standards.
