Why dust-free & vibration-proof workshop? Isolate vibration & temperature difference to lock ultimate precision

   For ultra-precision black granite mechanical beams, slight vibration and temperature fluctuation are invisible killers of accuracy. Even tiny external disturbances can cause nanometer-level precision drift, making the finished components fail to meet the requirements of semiconductor, laser processing and coordinate measuring equipment. This is why ZHHIMG invests heavily in building a professional constant temperature, constant humidity, dust-free and vibration-proof workshop.
   Our 10,000 ㎡ temperature-controlled workshop adopts ultra-hard concrete pouring for the base floor with a thickness of more than 1000mm. A 500mm-wide and 2000mm-deep anti-vibration trench surrounds the whole workshop to cut off ground vibration transmission. Inside the workshop, silent traveling cranes are deployed to avoid vibration interference during workpiece handling. Meanwhile, the independent dust-free constant temperature area is built by simulating the standard of semiconductor workshops, specially reserved for assembly and fine calibration of precision granite components.
   Many granite manufacturers ignore the importance of processing environments. They process granite beams in ordinary workshops without anti-vibration and constant temperature facilities. Products processed in such environments will produce hidden internal stress. After being installed on high-end precision equipment, gradual deformation and precision deviation will appear during long-term operation. Unlike small manufacturers that cut corners, ZHHIMG firmly believes that qualified ultra-precision parts cannot be separated from a qualified production environment.                                                 NDT Granite structure
   Supported by top-tier Taiwan Nantou grinding machines, experienced polishers with over 30 years of manual grinding experience conduct fine finishing inside the vibration-isolated workshop. Under stable environmental conditions, craftsmen can control the grinding capacity accurately to micron level, and finally achieve nano-scale flatness of black granite mechanical beams. All finished beams are inspected by Mahr, Mitutoyo, Renishaw and Wyler testing instruments. The measuring equipment has valid calibration certificates traceable to national metrology institutes, ensuring every index is reliable.
   We select high-density black granite with a density of about 3100kg/m³, whose physical properties surpass black granite from Europe and America. We never use cheap marble to replace qualified granite to deceive customers. Coupled with the stable processing environment, our granite mechanical beams maintain long-term geometric stability, and are widely supplied to Fortune 500 enterprises, metrology institutions and top universities worldwide.
